Criterias for PMS:-
1)Minimium amount is 1 lakh no band for maximium
2)There would be a lock-in period of 12 months or 1 year
3)All transactions would be done on to your account from our end
4)There is nothing called loss sharing in PMS.No losses,if any would be shared.

4)You need to have a Motilal Oswal account with us.All our clients have got the same and its one of the best service provider with cheap brokerages.(If you are yet to have a motilal oswal account,you dont need to worry,Your account in motilal oswal would get done within 3 days.For the same courier us the required documents and it would get done in no time.

btw:-The motilal oswal account should be mapped under our own franchise.So opening up of the motilal oswal account with some other branches or offices wont be taken.




Charges:

There are 2 schemes here:
1)Profit sharing with you on ratio of 20-80% on your favour(80% profit yours-20% ours)
2)8%charge of the total portfolio and no profit sharing(so if its a 1 lakh portfolio charges comes at 8000rs or 8%)

All profits would be shared quaterly or
on scheme 2...........(2% of the total portfilio value would be the charge per quarter)
