Brabourne Enterprises Ltd:-What lies ahead

Scripscan:Brabourne Enterprises Ltd
Traded in:Bse

Story:Brabourne Enterprises Ltd the demerged arm of RPG life hasnt got much to talk about. The entire pharmaceuticals business of the Company has been sold to RPGLife Sciences Ltd. (formerly RPG Pharmaceuticals Ltd.) with effect from April 2, 2007 on going concern basis along with all assets and liabilitiespertaining to the said business, at consideration of Rs. 46 crores. Consequently, the saidpharmaceuticals business of the Company vests in and stands transferred to RPG Life Sciences Ltd.I havent looked at the fineprint yet but one of my buddies made me aware that its just a holding company having some subsidaries which holds stake in various rpg and other companies.Problem is these holding companies hardly get any valuation during the bear run. They would mostly quote at 1/7th to 1/10 of their NAV.In bull market when stories get over investors generally latch on these scrips then.As of now thers nothing much in the company which can impress one.I do know plenty of you have got a zeal about single digit qouted stocks.Being a penny stock votary is fine but one should remember thers immense risk attached to those penny ones.Anyways I would suggest not to opt for Brabourne Enterprises Ltd as there are loads of better growth oriented scrips waiting to be pocketed.Investors having it may exit after the present bull frenzy goes off.You never know when the albatrosses haunts you big bigtime.
