Rain Commodities,Mphasis Ltd,Oracle Financial,Twilight Litaka,Coromandel Fertilisers and Hyderabad Industries:Future growth prospects and outlook,buy?

Story:Rain has emerged as largest producer of CPC in the world with capacity of 2.49 mn. tonnes. Company also has 100 MW cogen power plant and cement capacity has increased from 1.50 mn. tonnes to 3.00 mn. tonnes. In CY08, company had extraordinary provision of nearly Rs. 200 crs. (MTM non-cash forex loss and inventory write-off) and still reported all time high profit of 404 crs.Book Value is Rs. 118/-. Networth is Rs. 830 crs. and market cap is just Rs. 550 crs. Stock is trading at 1.5 x CY09E EPS.Scrip has potential to deliver 60-70% appreciation.

Story:Mphasis continues to be immune to global slowdown. In Q1, company has added 9 new Plants and employee strength has also gone up. Stock is available at 6 x FY09E EPS.One of the cheapest scrips in I.T. Sector.

Story:Part of Oracle USA, its flagship product Flexicube is the largest selling in the world in BFSI segment. Its other product Reveleus is also gaining fast acceptance. Company continues to bag new contracts and signed 11 new customers in Q3 alone. Net margin has increased from 17'% to 33%. Stock is trading at 13 x FY09E EPS.However, this writer feels that this I.T. Company deserves higher valuations and share price is likely to cross Rs. 1000/- very soon.

Story:L&T stock has been battered down due to fears of slowdown and investment in Satyam. However,company is competent to combat various negatives. Although in current market conditions, scrip looks fairly priced at 17 x FY09E EPS, yet it is a good buy because whenever industrial activity picks up, L&T will be amongst the major beneficiaries.It has various subsidiaries although there is no clarity when value un-locking will be done.

5)Scripscan:Twilight Litaka Pharma Ltd

Story:This Pune based Pharma Company has made tremendous progress in last 3 years, mainly driven by big focus on domestic market. Company is also doing Cram for reputed Indian as well as MNC Pharma Cos. TLPL is acquiring on lumpsale basis a group company which will give big tax benefits to the company. Its market cap is just 60 crs. as against expected sales of 400 crs. in current year. Scrip is trading at 1.5 x FY10E EPS.

Story:This Murugappa Group Company has delivered fabulous results for 9 months. Scrip is available at 1.91 x FY09E EPS. Definitely, cheapest scrip in fertilizer sector which should deliver minimum 50% appreciation.

Story:This low profile Hyderabad based Co., apart from construction projects, has also undertaken 3 BOT Projects although revenues from same may come from 2011 onwards. Company has also acquired coal mines in Indonesia contribution from which should start from 2010. Company has maintained small Equity base, resulting in high Equity x Turnover Ratio. Company also makes big provision for depreciation, indication of higher cash EPS. Current Order Book is more than Rs. 1500 crs. Stock is available at 4 x FY09E EPS.Perhaps the cheapest scrip in infrastructure sector.

8)Scripscan:Visaka Industries Ltd

Story:This Hyderabad based Co. has emerged as second biggest producer of A.C. Sheets in India. It has uninterrupted dividend record for 16 years. Company has reported fabulous record for 9 Months Ended Dec. '08. Company is not impacted by slowdown in Real Estate Sector as its product is used by poor and mainly in villages/small towns. It had paid 30% dividend last year. Dividend for current year likely to be raised to 40% which will give dividend yield of more than 10%. Stock is trading at 1.8 x FY10E EPS.Scrip is available dirt cheap.

9)Scripscan:Hyderabad Industries Ltd

Story:Belonging to CK Birla Group, HIL is the oldest and biggest producer of A.C. Sheets in India. Company has already reported EPS of 47.55 for 9 months.Scrip is available at less than half of its B/V. It is trading at 2 x FY10E EPS. Scrip is also a bonus candidate.Company may also go for stock split to increase the floating stock.

10)Scripscan:Deepak Fertilisers & Petrochemicals Corporation Ltd

Story:Deepak Fertilizers has fairly diversified portfolio of fertilizers and chemicals.Recently, co. opened its retail Mall in Pune which already houses 50 tenants. At present,its fertilizer plant is operating below capacity. Once it starts getting natural gas, fertilizer division can post significantly improved results. Company is also the only producer of IPA in India. Stock looks cheap at 3.6 x FY09E EPS,capable of delivering 50% appreciation.
