So, when The Insider met Shah Bhai on the Street, the good old market man was engrossed in discussing some juicy tidbits about Nahar Industrial Enterprises. Shah Bhai told The Insider that the company wants to make it big in the realty business. It''s in the final stages of signing a joint venture agreement with Tata Housing Development Company for developing the former''s surplus land. Shah Bhai said that Nahar Industrial Enterprises holds 170 acres at three locations. Of these, 100 acres is spread over three prominent locations in Ludhiana, Punjab''s largest city. To cash in on the real estate boom, the company has teamed up with Tata Housing. In the initial phase, Nahar Industrial Enterprises plans to invest around Rs 1,000 crore in the project, he revealed.So if you wanna bet that,go for it sweetheart.
