ScanPoint Geomatics,XO Infotech and Yogi Sung-Won India:Future growth prospects and outlook(buy/hold/sell?)

1)Scripscan:Scanpoint Geomatics Ltd
cmp:25
code:526544

Story:Ahmedabad-based ScanPoint Geomatics Limited (earlier known as ScanPoint Graphics) is engaged in the “development and customising services of geographical information system, image processing, global positioning system, computer-aided design and location based services and surveys.” It also does graphic designing and other pre-press activities. It claims to have some partnership with Space Application Centre, Indian Space Research Organisation (SAC-ISRO). Well, you cannot see any excellence in financials. In June 2008 and September 2008, sales were Rs19 lakh and Rs10 lakh, respectively; the corresponding operating loss was Rs29 lakh and Rs36 lakh. In the March 2009 quarter, it reported sales of Rs22 lakh and an operating loss of Rs29 lakh. In spite of such poor financials, this company has been on a wild run on the bourses. Between 12 December 2008 and 14 August 2009, the scrip has surged 797%. Does anyone, least of all the BSE, care about this madness?

2)Scripscan:Xo Infotech Ltd
cmp:4
code:532116

Story:Gurgaon-based XO Infotech Limited (formerly known as XO Tronic) claims to be an IT solutions and electronics services provider. The business seems fascinating but the financials present a different picture altogether. In the September 2008 quarter, the company had posted zero sales and an operating loss of Rs10,000. In the December 2008 and March 2009 quarters, sales jumped to Rs9.60 crore and Rs10.22 crore, respectively, while operating losses were Rs42 lakh and Rs43 lakh, respectively. In the June 2009 quarter, sales slumped to Rs5 lakh. However, the stock is on an amazing run, gaining 236% between 30 January 2009 and 14 August 2009. Can anyone provide the reasons?

3)Scripscan:Yogi Sung Won India Ltd
cmp:8
code:522209

Story:Vadodara-based Yogi Sung-Won India has an exotic name but is just another ‘finance company’. The disclosures of this company are terrible but who cares. It has been consistently reporting zero sales since the June 2008 quarter. For the June, September and December 2008 quarters, it has posted an operating loss of Rs1 lakh each, while for the March 2009 quarter, operating profit was Rs1 lakh. But the price of this scrip is a different story altogether. Between 29 April 2009 and 14 August 2009, the scrip has rocketed 233%. Does anyone know why?.
