1)How do you see PC demand scenario in the Corporate and Government segments?
ans)The PC demand is going up. It has been improving from July onwards. Earlier, the corporate market was subdued. We expect the demand to go up in the corporate sector more than the Government segment.

2)What are the opportunities and challenges in the industry?
ans)Maintaining healthy margins is our biggest challenge. Another challenge is obtaining credit. The banks are not financing.

3)Brief us about your Financials?
ans)For the quarter ended 30th June 09, the net sales stood at Rs554.73mn as compared to Rs682.88 on 30th June 08. The net profit stood at Rs1.51mn on 30th June 09 as compared to Rs1.22mn in the earlier period. The company has reported an EPS of Re.0.10 for the quarter ended on 30-June-2009 against Re.0.08 for the quarter ended on 30-June-2008.We are targeting a turnover of Rs3.5bn and a net profit of Rs70mn for the fiscal year ending in March 2010.

4)How has the global meltdown affected your business?
ans)Because of the global economic slowdown, our business has been affected by 15-20%. But, I think the industry is picking up now. We expect sales to pick up from next month. Our sales have gone down by 5% because of sluggish demand from the large corporates.

5)Brief us about the launch of new online offer?
ans)What we are finding that people are taking benefit of the low prices which is being offered on online.

6)Comment on your FCCB buy back?
ans)Zenith Computers has bought back Foreign Currency Convertible bonds (FCCBs) of the face value of US$ 2mn at a discount exceeding 25%. After this buyback, the total outstanding amount of FCCBs which was at US$ 12mn now stands at US$ 10mn.

7)Brief us about your products?
ans)Our company has launched various products like Z Book Dock, Zenith Director Plus and Zenith Admirable Plus and Smart Style PC.Z Book Dock provides the best combination of Ultra-portability and optimal screen size for navigation and data input. Zenith Director Plus provides the capabilities of a work-station in a sleek notebook. This slender computing device bundled with a dedicated 512mb graphics card withc2d processor and latest Intel pm45 motherboard.Zenith Admirable Plus is the ideal corporate laptop with a reflective metal finish, inspired by chrome, and high-gloss surfaces. The Smart Style PC features a 17 WXGA with built-in speakers and an Intel Dual core Processor T2130 with a memory of 1 GB and hard disk capacity of 80 GB.
