Sanjivani Paranteral Ltd:Future growth prospect and outlook

Scripscan:Sanjivani Paranteral Ltd

Story:Sanjivani Paranteral, Ltd. manufactures injectables in India. Its products include anti-microbial, inflammatory, spasmodic, allergic, and antacid injections; tablets, such as ofloxacin, nimsulide, and paracetamol; and syrup products. The company was founded in 1998 and is based in Mumbai, India.Over last 15-18 months, Sanjivani Parenteral has been trying to scale up operations, they have been successful up to some extent in the domestic market. One thing to look at is how they shape up their overseas stories particularly the CIS stories. In the domestic side, they have got an order from the Kerala government. They were looking for some more orders from the state government. So basically, the business model is to scale up the tendering process to different state governments. That business is slowly and steadily taking place. The concern on the stock has been the low promoter holding. That has been too low. For that the company had plans to merge some company with itself. We have to get the update on how much equity will be diluted. It is a high risk-high reward game. There are a couple of concerns because due to the small size of the company and due to the tendering nature of the business, there will be earnings volatility over the quarter. The investors have to be cautious on this stock. It is very high risk-high return stock.
