Vulcan Engineers Ltd:Future growth outlook and prosepects, takeover by mnc,buy/hold/sell

Scripscan:Vulcan Engineers Ltd

Story:Vulcan Engineers Limited provides engineering goods and services in India and internationally. It engages in designing, engineering, manufacturing, and commissioning custom built industrial furnaces, kilns, and gas plants. The company is based in Mumbai, India.Vulcan was an old goody. But I do not know what happened to it from last few years. Though I do not know anything about its recent order position but from its past results I can tell that you it was a junk stock having a dead business. However, due to the recent takeover offer by a foreign company namely Terruzzi Fercalx SPA, it is sky-rising from last few days. To my opinion, the news of buying by a foreign company cannot make its future bright overnight. In next one year I expect it to hover below Rs.20/-.So, I cannot recommend a buy at the present price of Rs.25. If you really want to accumulate, wait for the time being. It will definitely come down (very shortly) to the level of 14-15. That time you can buy a small quantity and try your luck. But remember, to turn its days bright & sunny, time taken will not be less than one year.
