Story:Orbit Exports Ltd manufactures novelty fabrics, including made-ups, prints, jacquards, imitation silks, metallic, furnishings and various blends of other man made fabrics.The company has four facilities - Jalgoan, Surat, Dombivali and Erandol. The Jalgaon facility has an installed capacity of 30,000 metres per month.The facility at Erandol has an installed capacity of 10,000 metres per month and the facility at Surat has an installed capacity of 200,000 metres/month. The Dombivalli facility is mainly for finished products.It would be prudent to note that OEL recently announced the completion of its Surat Plant (Phase I) at Kosamba which has become fully operational since Sept, 2010. The Company has been successful in procuring orders for the production of its Surat plant from well known brands in the international markets. The new products find usage for bridal and evening wear market in the US. Over the last 6 years the company has undergone major restructuring in its business module, launched new products, reorganized its finances and entered new markets.Its fabrics business constitutes about 80% while the balance 20% is accounted for by made-ups.As far as the made-ups segment is concerned, it is seeing huge growth and has great potential to grow.The company has grown by leaps and bounds since the arrival of the new management.Orbit should grow 40% CAGR in both its topline and bottomline for the next 3 years.At present prices its quoting at 7 odd times its fy12 earnings.Management is clean with a vision and seems committed towards the minority shareholders.Have some of it at around 65rs.
