Sanco Trans Ltd:-Buy/sell/,growth prospects and recommendation, news and results, target price and analysis, view and outlook, multibagger

Scripscan:Sanco Trans Ltd

Story:Sanco Trans Limited operates as a logistics company primarily in India. It operates in various areas, including container freight station, air cargo, stevedoring, warehousing and distribution, container terminal, customs clearance, multimodal transport operation/freight forwarding, and civil engineering. The Company is planning to increase the warehousing facilities by constructing additional multistoried warehouses of capacity 1,20,000 Sq.ft.with a capital outlay of Rs 1200 lakhs. This will improve its capability to meet anticipated increase in the volumes of business in the said operations and also result in reduced operating cost. The increased storage facility created will enable the company to achieve better working results in the years ahead.Sales have increased from 25crs in 2006 to 62crs in fy11.Np has commensurated with the figure touching 8crs in 2011 compared to a mere 1.8crs in fy06.The company suffers from low liquidity since it has a very tiny equity of 1.8crs.Any decent numbers would make it move bigtime.Sanco trans is having massive reserves to the tune of 80crs which covers its equity by over 40 times. That makes it a strong liberal bonus candidate which if happens can further rerate the stock.I am bullish on the prospects and expect robust numbers from the company going forward.A scrip worth watching for.Have it in your radar folks.
