Story:ABM Knowledgeware Ltd, an information technology company, provides software solutions in the e-governance space in India. Its products include ABM MAINet, an integrated suite of application products to manage the working of a municipal corporation of any size; ABM CARE, a browser-based system for complaint acceptance, as well as provides for typing and viewing data in Indian languages; and ABM MOIS 2000, which helps in registry management and file tracking. The company also offers customer relationship management solutions for power sector. In addition, it sells computers and peripherals.The company earns majority of its revenue by implementation of software developed by itself or providing services for implementation of some reputed ERP packages.The revenue model consists of license revenue wherever applicable, implementation services and recurring revenues of post implementation services. Post Implementation services comprise of assisting customers in institutionalization of Information Technology so as get better RoI from the investment in e-Gov projects, required changes in the application software, handholding support to users etc. Such requirement varies from customer to customer and from project to project and can be from 2-8 years.The company has grown from a 5cr company in 2006 to a 58cr company today.NP has vaulted from 24 lakhs to over 10crs in the same period.With a robust order book of over 100crs I expect the strong growth momentum to further continue.Its a zero debt company with operating positive cash flows which under the present environment gives huge comfort.This is one company to watch out for folks.
