Nila Infrastructures Ltd:-Buy/sell/,growth prospects and recommendation, news and results, target price and analysis, view and outlook, multibagger

Scripscan:Nila Infrastructures Ltd

Story:Nila Infrastructures operates as a real estate and infrastructure company. It engages in the construction of civic infrastructure, including bus shelters and textile parks, as well as develops and markets residential real estate properties, such as houses and buildings. It also holds leasing rights of commercial property covering approximately 88,000 square feet in Ahmedabad. In a move to expand itself in Ahemdabad & Rajkot the company has reverse merged with Pearl Stock Holdings Pvt ltd, which is in the finance and leasing business. This move has benefited the promoters the most as owing to the merger the shareholding has jumped from 40% to 75%.The industry which it operates in is facing still competition and massive input costs problem owing to the high inflationary environment. For a small company of nila's stature it would be hard for them to grow. The company delivered a profit of 13crs for fy11 and as on date the stock attracts a hefty marketcap of 51crs.Book value is above 2 rs with 26crs debt on books(as on balance sheet of 2010).I have doubts on the promoters front(the valuation it gave to pearl stockholdings seems biased and on the highest side).Overall am not immensely bullish on this company. As our retail fraternity has got a huge fetish on penny ones, nila would never lack buyers. At present price its a hold with chances of nila making an "albatross" move when the wind blows in the market and the sector it operates in.
