XPRO India Ltd:-Buy/sell/growth prospects and recommendation, news and results, target price and analysis, view and outlook, multibagger

Scripscan:XPRO India Ltd
BSE code:590013
cmp:50

Story:I am bullish on the packaging film company whether you talk of Jindal Poly, Polyplex Corporation; in fact I have given some of the ideas earlier also. Xpro India is SK Birla Group company and they are also engaged into the co-excluded Biaxially-Oriented Polypropylene (BOPP) films, co-excluded caste film and even they are making the thermoformed refrigerator liners, which are all the industrial products used into the refrigeration and refrigerator etc.If you see the financial performance of this company there has been sharp improvement in financial performance on FY11, we have not witnessed much increase in the topline that was about maybe 10-15% but the bottomline has almost doubled that is largely on the lines of the financial performance having posted by all the packaging companies. The topline was Rs 300 crore plus, the equity of the company is close to about Rs 11 crore, the present book value is 100,the company posted an EPS of about 10 and in fact for the past couple of months we have been seeing that prices of all these packaging films have stabilized.Since this company is more into the commercial products, they have a better profit margin apart from that they have six plants spread all over the country largely in the eastern part. So if you go by all these financial estimates and marketcap of just Rs 60 crore, there is not much debt in the books of the company about maybe Rs 80-90 crore debt of which Rs 40 crore has been availed for working capital, maybe 40-45 crore debt, so if you are taking the entire enterprise value of the company works out to close to Rs 100 crore, share is available at a PE multiple of 5, price to book of 0.5. I am expecting that maybe in the current year that is FY12 the company should be able to post an EPS of 12. So taking all this into consideration, there is very limited downside and if someone can keep a view of 6 months they can expect a price of Rs 65 of this share.
